Entry in and Exit out – for landlords, tenants and organisations within Singapore.


  • Comprehensive inspection using a digital app to photograph your residential, commercial or TOP property, documenting the condition of every room, fixture and fitting.


  • Digitally signed copies of the report and accompanying photos will be provided within 48 hours of the inspection. 


  • Personalised software gives you access to your report to document your detailed defects inside your property during your first 30 days or the developer warranty period.


  • TOP Defect Service- No more walking around with blue tape, we conduct a photographic detailed report outlining defects found in your new development. We offer you the added support of managing the coordination of these defects with the Developers representative.

  • Exit out inspections are scheduled in advance, we conduct a full inspection of the property and provide an easy to read comparison report documenting any differences between the entry in and exit out report.
